Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.
Advanced life support means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital. Anti-Ragging Helpline means the Helpline established under clause (a) of Regulation 8.1 of these Regulations.
Advanced computing means any technology used in the design and development of 1 or more of the following:
Advanced materials means materials with engineered
Senior Higher Priority Liabilities means any obligations in respect of principal of the Issuer under any Notes and any other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (créditos ordinarios) of the Issuer, other than the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities; and
Professional Fee Escrow Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.C hereof.
Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account funded by the Debtors with Cash on the Effective Date in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Amount.
Biofuel means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;
Professional Fee Escrow means a non-interest-bearing escrow account established and funded pursuant to Article II.C.3.
Fresh Funds means funds that:
Feeder means a high voltage circuit served by automatic switchgear at 3.3kV and above, and for which the Distributor can reasonably aggregate network interruption statistics to monitor average feeder performance;
Enhanced recovery means the process or combination of processes applied to a formation to extract hydrocarbons in addition to those that would be produced utilizing the natural energy existing in that formation. Examples of enhanced recovery include water flooding and carbon dioxide (CO2) injection.
Unspent Funds means the amount reported as unspent by the Recipient as of December 31, 2023 in the Recipient’s 2023 Annual Report (as defined under the Prior Agreement).
Advanced practice nurse means a person who holds current certification as nurse practitioner/clinical nurse specialist from the State Board of Nursing.
SDS means safety data sheets;
Armada Funds entered into in the name or on behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, representatives or agents are made not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees, Shareholders or representatives of the Trust personally, but bind only the Trust Property, and all persons dealing with any class of shares of the Trust must look solely to the Trust Property belonging to such class for the enforcement of any claims against the Trust.
Advanced emergency medical technician or “AEMT” means an individual who has successfully completed a course of study based on the United States Department of Transportation’s Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Instructional Guidelines (January 2009), has passed the psychomotor and cognitive examinations for the AEMT, and is currently certified by the department as an AEMT.
SME means an enterprise falling within the category of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises defined by the Commission Recommendation of 6 May 2003 concerning the definition of micro, small and medium- sized enterprises;
biofuels means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;
ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
Purchasing Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;
Breeder s right” means the right of the breeder provided for in this Convention;
IDT means intradepartmental transfer.
APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.
Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.
