Advanced Data Services definition

Advanced Data Services has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.
Advanced Data Services means wireline services offered or provided to residences in the Territory that are functionally equivalent to asynchronous offerings (e.g., an internet access service with instantaneously varying data rates and equal or unequal bi-directional transmission capacity). Advanced Data Services shall not include the Local Telephony Services, the Non-Exclusive Services, and those Excluded Businesses referred to in clauses (1), (2) and (3) of the definition of Excluded Businesses in Section VI of this Schedule 1.
