Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.
Advanced practice nurse means a person who holds current certification as nurse practitioner/clinical nurse specialist from the State Board of Nursing.
Advanced life support means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital. Project Loan Account means any of the Accounts within the Project Fund so designated and established by Article V.

Relevant Services means the performance of any services of the type provided by the Company, its Affiliates and/or their predecessors at any time, past, present or future, including, but not limited to, consulting services, technology services, and/or outsourcing services.
Senior Higher Priority Liabilities means any obligations in respect of principal of the Issuer under any Notes and any other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (créditos ordinarios) of the Issuer, other than the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities; and
Cash Advance means the amount requested by you and advanced to you by any method approved by us according to the terms of this Agreement in cash or cash equivalent items (including, but not limited to, money orders, travelers checks, lottery tickets, casino chips, vouchers redeemable for cash, or racetrack xxxxxx).
Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).
Advance Payment means a payment that a federal awarding agency or passthrough entity makes by any appropriate payment mechanism, including a predetermined payment schedule, before the non-federal entity disburses the funds for program purposes.
Blending means either the mixing of originally segregated Binned Grades within a Facility or during the outturn process.
Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.
Consumer loan means a loan to one or more individuals for household, fam- ily, or other personal expenditures. A consumer loan does not include a home mortgage, small business, or small farm loan. Consumer loans include the following categories of loans:
Management Advances means loans or advances made to, or Guarantees with respect to loans or advances made to, directors, officers, employees or consultants of any Parent, the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary:
Spent fuel means any fuel element or fuel component, solid or liquid, which has been used or exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor;
Loan Proceeds means all amounts advanced as part of the Loan, whether advanced directly to Borrower or otherwise.
