Advertisement Material definition

Advertisement Material means any material in written form, pictures, images, audio or video in the format acceptable by MBNS for transmission by MBNS;
Advertisement Material means any material such as pictures, printed material, electric/electronic media, smart posters, holographic images, visual display, outdoor hoardings, LCD/LED panels, PA systems, track dividers, fare repeaters, video walls, or any other advertising media used for Commercial Publicity that complies with the specifications for Advertisement Material set out in the Special Conditions of Contract.
Advertisement Material means any material in written form, pictures, images, artwork, active URLs for Online inventory, audio or video in the format acceptable by Blaze for the Services.

  • MBNS does not warrant that the Title stated in the Airtime Agreement for a sponsorship shall be available on the Date of Transmission and MBNS reserves the right to proceed with transmission of the Advertisement Material for a different Title in the event MBNS is unable to notify the Client of the same for any reason beyond its control.

  • Sponsor shall be responsible for adhering to all deadlines imposed by the Owner with respect to the submission of Advertisement Material.

  • Once you have submitted the Order Form to us, you may not defer the publication of your Advertisement Material on the Platform or our magazine/publication without our written consent, which may be given or withheld at our complete discretion.

Advertisement Material shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2(a)(i).

Advertisement Material means any material in written form or audio or video acceptable to RSB, which may be delivered by the Client to RSB, for the purposes of Transmission or rendering into a format appropriate for Transmission;

  • Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.

  • Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.

  • Advertiser means the company that wishes to advertise its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.
