AdWords API Client definition

AdWords API Client means software that interacts with Google’s servers using the AdWords API specifications and protocols, and use of which is subject to the AdWords API Terms.
AdWords API Client means the system of (i) software that can access or communicate with Google's servers using the AdWords API Specifications (the “AdWords API Primary Client”), and (ii) software that can Communicate AdWords API Data with that AdWords API Primary Client, directly or indirectly, in each case that has been approved by Google for Developer Token use. “Communicate” means that two software applications, directly or through any other software, can transfer data in one or both directions by any means, regardless of the mechanism or semantics of the communication and even if the communication mechanism is one traditionally considered a communication mechanism between two separate software applications (e.g. pipes or sockets).
AdWords API Client means the system of (A) software that can access or Communicate with Google's servers using the AdWords API Specifications (the “AdWords API Primary Client”), and/or (B) software that can Communicate AdWords API data with that AdWords API Primary Client, directly or indirectly.

  • You may not use any Third Party Developer Token in an AdWords API Client unless permitted in writing by Google.

  • The AdWords API Client shall prominently disclose in the AdWords API Client the extent to which any displayed AdWords information is on delay in relation to information available in the AdWords system if such delay is in excess of 24 hours.

  • You may not provide a Third Party the ability to, via automated means, use the AdWords API — all Third Party use must be by a human user via the AdWords API Client user interface.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).   • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.
