AES Consultant definition
AES Consultant or “Home Energy Adviser” means a qualified and experienced assessor engaged by AES to carry out an assessment on Your home, and advise You on services You may wish to have carried out;
Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.
Independent Consultant means the independent individual, firm, or organization with which the SBA contracts to prepare the Premium Formula and any other actuarial services for the FHCF, as determined under the contract with the Consultant.

Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.
Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.
Architects/ Consultants means M/s.
Investment Consultant means any individual or organization employed to provide advisory services, including advice on investment objectives and/or asset allocation, manager search, and performance monitoring.
Consulting means the application of scientific principles and procedures in counseling and human development to provide assistance in understanding and solving current or potential problems that the client may have in relation to a third party, individuals, groups, and organizations.
The Consultant s Personnel’ means any person instructed pursuant to this Contract to undertake any of the Consultant’s obligations under this Contract, including the Consultant’s employees, agents and sub-consultants.
Design Consultant means Design Consultant or Design Consultant's authorized representative.
Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.
Independent Financial Consultant means a financial consultant or firm of such consultants generally recognized to be well qualified in the financial consulting field, appointed and paid by the District, who, or each of whom:
Consulting Firm has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.4.
Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;
CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Construction Consultant means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by Funding Lender, at the cost and expense of Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.
Architect/ consultants means and refer to the Consultants appointed by NU as Architect Consultants.
Proof Consultant shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.2;
Safety Consultant shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1;
Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.
Sub-consultants means an entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services while remaining solely liable for the execution of the Contract.
Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.
Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.
Consultant Company means for an individual consultant, a company or partnership of which the individual is an employee, shareholder or partner;
Independent Board Member means a trustee of the Fund who is neither an “interested person” of the Fund as defined in Section 2(a)(19) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, nor a party to the Proceeding with respect to which indemnification or advances are sought.
Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.
