Affected System means an electric system other than the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System that may be affected by a proposed interconnection or on which a proposed interconnection or addition of facilities or upgrades may require modifications or upgrades to the Transmission System. Affected source means a source that includes one or more affected units.
Affected Loan has the meaning specified in Section 3.04.
Affected Bank has the meaning specified in Section 3.07.
Affected Person means a SEF applicant whose admission application is declined or is conditioned or a Person whose status as a Participant is terminated as set forth in Rule 303(e).
Affected Lender has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.13(b) of the Agreement.
Affected facility means, with reference to a stationary source, any apparatus to which a standard is applicable.
Affected Persons means persons who, on account of an involuntary taking of land under the Project, had or would have their: (a) standard of living adversely affected; or (b) right, title or interest in any house, land (including premises, agricultural and grazing land) or any other fixed or movable asset acquired or possessed, temporarily or permanently; or (c) access to productive assets adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; or (d) business, occupation, work or place of residence or habitat adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; and “Affected Person” means any of the Affected Persons.
Affected Loans as defined in Section 2.18(b).
Lending Office means, as to any Lender, the office or offices of such Lender described as such in such Lender’s Administrative Questionnaire, or such other office or offices as a Lender may from time to time notify the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Affected Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 14 of the Agreement.
Affected Parties means independent firms described in Article 2 that create a multiple employer workplace;
Affected Party has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).
Affected Transactions means (a) with respect to any Termination Event consisting of an Illegality, Tax Event or Tax Event Upon Merger, all Transactions affected by the occurrence of such Termination Event and (b) with respect to any other Termination Event, all Transactions.
Reference Lender means, with respect to each Investor Group, the related Funding Agent or if such Funding Agent does not have a prime rate, an Affiliate thereof designated by such Funding Agent.
LC Disbursement means a payment made by the Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.
Booking means the booking You have made with Us for the Tour.
Increased Cost Lender as defined in Section 2.23.
Eurodollar Lending Office means, with respect to any Lender, the office of such Lender specified as its “Eurodollar Lending Office” opposite its name on Schedule I hereto or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which it became a Lender (or, if no such office is specified, its Domestic Lending Office), or such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Affected Assets means, collectively, the Receivables and the Related Security, Collections and Proceeds relating thereto.
Impacted Lender means any Lender as to which (a) L/C Issuer has a good faith belief that the Lender has defaulted in fulfilling its obligations under one or more other syndicated credit facilities or (b) an entity that controls the Lender has been deemed insolvent or become subject to a bankruptcy or other similar proceeding.
Money Market Lending Office means, as to each Bank, its Domestic Lending Office or such other office, branch or affiliate of such Bank as it may hereafter designate as its Money Market Lending Office by notice to the Borrower and the Agent; provided that any Bank may from time to time by notice to the Borrower and the Agent designate separate Money Market Lending Offices for its Money Market LIBOR Loans, on the one hand, and its Money Market Absolute Rate Loans, on the other hand, in which case all references herein to the Money Market Lending Office of such Bank shall be deemed to refer to either or both of such offices, as the context may require.
Affected land means the area of land from which overburden has been removed or upon which overburden has been deposited, or land which has otherwise been disturbed, changed, influenced, or altered in any way in the course of mining, including processing and stockpile areas but not including roads.

Affected States means all states or local air pollution control agencies whose areas of jurisdiction are:
Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Administrative Agent, the office or branch of such Lender or the Administrative Agent listed on the signature pages hereof, on a Schedule, in an Assumption Agreement or otherwise selected by such Lender or the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.17.
