Examples of Affected Shares in a sentence
A Shareholder shall not be entitled to participate and vote in any General Meeting or to be counted among those present, so long as (i) he owes the Company a payment which was called for the Shares held by him, unless the allotment conditions of the Shares provide otherwise, and/or (ii) his holdings are registered in the Shareholder Register together with a notation that such holdings have been classified as Exceptional Holdings, as defined in Article 10A or Affected Shares, as defined in Article 44.
The Strike Price of the New Share on the Substitution Date (SPNS) will be determined taking into account the proportional increase or decrease in the Affected Share/s price in the period between the moment on which the Strike Price was determined and the Exchange Business Day immediately prior to the Substitution Date.
Prior to selling such Affected Shares the Company shall consult with the Depositary.

The Board shall notify the Depositary forthwith upon the sale of any Affected Shares by it and shall request the Kiwi Shareholder to make such a notification upon the sale of any Affected Shares by the Kiwi Shareholder (a "Sale Notification") and upon the settlement of such sale shall send to the Depositary the cash proceeds of any such sale, net of the expenses of such sale and transmittal.
