Affected Vehicles definition

Affected Vehicles means certain Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche brand vehicles for model years 2009 to 2016 and equipped with TDI Engines, as particularized in Schedule “A” to this Settlement Agreement;

Affected Vehicles means the following 2.0 liter and 3.0 liter TDI vehicles:

Affected Vehicles means new Automotive Vehicles containing Automotive Exhaust Systems supplied by the Settling Defendant at prices potentially affected by conduct which is the subject of the Proceedings and the Related Action.

• None of the advertisements reviewed or representations received by Plaintiff contained any disclosure that the Affected Vehicles had high emissions compared to gasoline vehicles and the fact that Mercedes had designed part of the emissions reduction system to turn off during normal driving conditions.

Affected Vehicles means the vehicles included in the Investigation Recalls defined in Paragraph 5.14, below.

Affected Vehicles means all vehicles that were designed, manufactured, distributed, sold and/or leased by the Respondents in Canada that contain a remote-control electronic keyless fob system (hereinafter “Keyless Fobs”) including, but not necessarily limited to, the following list of vehicles:
