Affiliate facility of a bank means a main banking
Affiliate facility means each facility leased by Landlord or any Landlord Affiliate to any Affiliate, whether now or hereafter existing.

Affiliate facility of a bank means a main banking premises or branch in this State of another commonly owned bank that has its main banking premises in this State. The main banking premises or any branch of a bank may be an "affiliate facility" with respect to one or more commonly owned banks. (emphasis added)
Affiliate facility means a solar photovoltaic generation facility, solar photovoltaic generation plus storage facility or standalone storage facility and all components thereof and other facilities ancillary thereto owned by an Affiliate of Borrower from time to time but excluding any Facility for which an Initial Facility Funding Date has occurred.
