Schedule 1.1(c)(ii) will separately identify the Affiliated Employees who are employed by HSI in connection with the Wealth Management Business (the “Wealth Management Employees”).
Those Business Employees and Affiliated Employees who do not accept Comparable Job Offer from Purchaser shall not be considered Transferred Business Employees for any purpose of this Agreement.
