Affiliated Leases definition

Affiliated Leases means, individually or collectively as the context requires, the lease agreements, sub-lease agreements, sub-concessions agreements and sub-management agreement set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto. At such time as the “Landlord” under any such lease ceases to be an Affiliate of Landlord, or the “Tenant” under any such lease ceases to be Tenant or an Affiliate of Tenant, by any means permitted pursuant to the terms thereof, such lease shall automatically cease to be considered an Affiliated Lease.

Affiliated Leases means only the Retained Property A&R Leases.

Affiliated Leases has the meaning given in Section 4.17.

Examples of Affiliated Leases in a sentence

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, at any time during the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2013, Landlord and Affiliated Landlords, as applicable, shall have the right, exercisable in their sole and absolute discretion and for any reason or no reason, to terminate this Lease and up to twenty-four (24) Affiliated Leases in the aggregate, to be selected by Landlord and Affiliated Landlords in their sole and absolute discretion.

• Rather than reinforcing use of Mapudungun, however, factors (2) and (3) indicate that Spanish is the preferred language even within these dense network communities both in rural and urban areas.

• Seller obtaining, and delivering to Buyer, execution of new or, where appropriate, extension of existing, Tenant Leases on the terms, and utilizing the lease form referenced on Exhibit "I", from those Tenants being partners or affiliates of Seller (the "Affiliated Leases"); provided, that the Affiliated Leases may be conditioned upon Buyer completing Close of Escrow.

• The Security Deposit shall be held by Landlord as security for the faithful observance and performance by Tenant of all the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease and the Affiliated Leases to be observed and performed.

• None of the Leases relate to any property or equipment owned or leased by any Stockholder or an Affiliate except those which are in the form of Exhibits E and F to this Agreement (the "Affiliated Leases").

Affiliated Leases means, individually or collectively, as the context requires, (i) the Darien Lake Lease, so long as the same is in full force and effect, the landlord thereunder is the Darien Lake Landlord or an Affiliated Person of the Darien Lake Landlord, and the tenant thereunder is the Darien Lake Tenant or an Affiliated Person of the Darien Lake Tenant, (ii) the Waterworld Sublease, so long as the same is in full force and effect, the landlord thereunder is the Waterworld Landlord or an Affiliated Person of Waterworld Landlord, and the tenant thereunder is the Waterworld Tenant or an Affiliated Person of the Waterworld Tenant, (iii) the Elitch Gardens Lease, so long as the same is in full force and effect, the landlord thereunder is the Elitch Gardens Landlord or an Affiliated Person of the Elitch Gardens Landlord, and the tenant thereunder is the Elitch Gardens Tenant or an Affiliated Person of the Elitch Gardens Tenant, (iv) the Splashtown Lease, so long as the same is in full force and effect, the landlord thereunder is the Splashtown Landlord or an Affiliated Person of the Splashtown Landlord, and the tenant thereunder is the Splashtown Tenant or an Affiliated Person of the Splashtown Tenant, (v) the Frontier City Lease, so long as the same is in full force and effect, the landlord thereunder is the Frontier City Landlord or an Affiliated Person of the Frontier City Landlord, and the tenant thereunder is the Frontier City Tenant or an Affiliated Person of the Frontier City Tenant, (vi) the White Water Bay Lease, so long as the same is in full force and effect, the landlord thereunder is the White Water Bay Landlord or an Affiliated Person of the White Water Bay Landlord, and the tenant thereunder is the White Water Bay Tenant or an Affiliated Person of the White Water Bay Tenant, and (vii) the Personal Property Lease, so long as the same is in full force and effect, the landlord thereunder is Enchanted Village TRS Corp or an Affiliated Person of Enchanted Village TRS Corp, and the tenant thereunder is Tenant or an Affiliated Person of Tenant.

Affiliated Leases means, individually or collectively as the context requires, the leases set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto.

Affiliated Leases means collectively, (a) the Lease dated January 1, 1997 between J.W.S.Partnership and BN with respect to the premises located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, XxXxxxx, (b) the Lease dated January 1, 1997 between J.W.S. Partnership and BN with respect to the premises located at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx 0, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx and (c) the Lease dated January 2, 1995 between Rare Limited Partnership and AFA with respect to the premises located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx.
