Retained Property definition

Retained Property means any Property (or portion thereof) excluded from the conveyance of the Properties by Seller to Buyer hereunder pursuant to Sections 6.1(b), 6.4(b)(B), 6.6(b)(B), 6.8, 6.9(b), 6.9(c) or 6.10(b).
Retained Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4.1(d).
Retained Property shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 2.2.

  • The Purchaser and GMAC hereby appoint the Servicer to act as Servicer with respect to the Eligible Receivables and the Receivables included in the Retained Property, existing in or arising under the Accounts included in the Pool of Accounts from time to time and authorize the Servicer to perform the duties of Servicer under this Agreement and under the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Nothing herein shall prohibit GMAC from granting, creating, incurring or suffering to exist any Lien on all or any portion of the Retained Property.

More Definitions of Retained Property

Retained Property means all assets of the Debtor other than the Owned Loans, including, but not limited to, the Tax Refunds and other tax attributes of the Debtor, the Greenwich Collateral, and the Debtor's furniture, fixtures, equipment, general intangibles and causes of action.
