Affordable Fee’ definition

Affordable Fee’ means subject to the approval of HM Revenue & Customs an admission fee or fees chargeable to the public at large for access to the facilities and/or exhibitions within the Building and which shall be set at a level:- 1.1.1 which encourages visitor numbers to the Building; and 1.1.2 following comparison with any admission fees charged for and by similar exhibitions and facilities within the United Kingdom which are open to the public at large; and 1.1.3 which enables the Tenant to meet its aims and objectives of enhancing the reputation of the facilities and exhibitions within the Building; and 1.1.4 which promotes the Landlord and Xxxxxx’s joint aim of promoting the prosperity and well-being of Hastings as a whole; and 1.1.5 which shall initially be set at a level between £2.00 being the initial admission charge for the inhabitants of the Borough of Hastings and an upper level of £5.00 for general admission.

  • Affordable Unit means a housing unit proposed or created pursuant to the Act and approved for crediting by the Court and/or funded through an affordable housing trust fund.

  • Applicable Fee means, for any day, with respect to any Commitment, the applicable percentage set forth in Annex I under the caption “Applicable Fee”.

  • Affordable means, a sales price or rent level that is within the means of a low- or moderate- income household as defined within N.J.A.C. 5:93-7.4, and, in the case of an ownership unit, that the sales price for the unit conforms to the standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.6, as may be amended and supplemented, and, in the case of a rental unit, that the rent for the unit conforms to the standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.12, as may be amended and supplemented.

  • Affordable Housing Cost means an amount satisfied by:

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Sewage sludge fee weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, excluding admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Annual sewage sludge fees, as per section 3745.11(Y) of the Ohio Revised Code, are based on the reported sludge fee weight for the most recent calendar year.

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • prescribed fee means a fee determined by the Council by resolution in terms of section 10G(7)(a)(ii) of the Local Government Transition Act, 1993 (Act No. 209 of 1993), or any other applicable legislation;

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Administration Fee Rate The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Affordable Rent means a rent which does not exceed eighty per centum (80%) of the market rent (inclusive of service charges) for an equivalent property of the relevant size and location such rent to be assessed and set in accordance with the applicable requirements of Legislation and of the Rent Standard;

  • Affordable housing project means, for purposes of this part, title fourteen of article twenty seven of the environmental conservation law and section twenty-one of the tax law only, a project that is developed for residential use or mixed residential use that must include affordable residential rental units and/or affordable home ownership units.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • Post-secondary education costs means tuition and other fees associated with obtaining credit from a post-secondary educational institution.

  • Arrangement Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to one-fourth of 1.50% of the Company’s Equity.

  • Insurance Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan insured by an Insurance Policy paid for by the lender, the per annum rate specified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Administration Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator pursuant to Section 3 of the Administration Agreement.

  • Joint Fee Letter means the Joint Fee Letter, dated July 20, 2021, among the Borrowers, Citibank, Bank of America, JPMorgan, and certain of the Arrangers.

  • Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • Applicable Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum at which Commitment Fees are accruing on the unused portion of the Aggregate Commitment at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Affordable Care Act means the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111–148), as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111–152).

  • Program Fee is defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Affordable housing means, unless the context clearly
