Affordable housing guidelines definition

Affordable housing guidelines means the guidelines that are adopted from time to time by the Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors pursuant to Chapter 17.10 of the County Code.
Affordable housing guidelines means the Santa Cruz County Affordable Housing Guidelines adopted by the Board of Supervisors to implement this Chapter (previously entitled the “Santa Cruz County Affordable Housing Program Income, Asset, and Unit Price Guidelines”).
Affordable housing guidelines means the requirements for implementation and administration of this chapter adopted by the planning and community environment director in accordance with Section 16.65.090(D).

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Bidding Guidelines means the “Tariff Based Competitive-Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power dated 13th April 2006 under Section – 63 of Electricity Act and as amended from time to time;
