multilateral trading facility (MTF means a multilateral system in the Union within the meaning of Article 2(1)(6) of Regulation[MiFIR].
Applicable Market Value has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.
multilateral trading facility or ‘MTF’ means a multilateral system, operated by an investment firm or a market operator, which brings together multiple third-party buying and selling interests in financial instruments – in the system and in accordance with non-discretionary rules – in a way that results in a contract in accordance with Title II of this Directive;
Eligible Market means The Nasdaq Capital Market, the NYSE American LLC, The Nasdaq Global Select Market, The Nasdaq Global Market or The New York Stock Exchange, Inc.
Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere.
Approved Market means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange.
Energy Market Opportunity Cost means the difference between (a) the forecasted cost to operate a specific generating unit when the unit only has a limited number of available run hours due to limitations imposed on the unit by Applicable Laws and Regulations, and (b) the forecasted future Locational Marginal Price at which the generating unit could run while not violating such limitations. Energy Market Opportunity Cost therefore is the value associated with a specific generating unit’s lost opportunity to produce energy during a higher valued period of time occurring within the same compliance period, which compliance period is determined by the applicable regulatory authority and is reflected in the rules set forth in PJM Manual 15.

Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Transient space marketplace means a marketplace or travel agency through which a person may offer transient accommodations to customers and through which customers may arrange for occupancies of transient accommodations. "Transient space marketplace" does not include a marketplace or travel agency that exclusively offers transient accommodations in the State owned by the owner of the marketplace or travel agency.
Local public procurement unit means any political subdivision or unit thereof which expends public funds for the procurement of supplies, services, or construction.
Community rate means a rate of payment based on a per member per month capitation rate or its equivalent that applies to a combination of the subscriber groups for a comprehensive medical plan carrier. References in this subchapter to ‘‘a combination of cost and price analysis’’ relating to the ap- plicability of policy and contract clauses refer to comprehensive medical plan carriers using community rates.
Reference Market-makers means four leading dealers in the relevant market selected by the party determining a Market Quotation in good faith (a) from among dealers of the highest credit standing which satisfy all the criteria that such party applies generally at the time in deciding whether to offer or to make an extension of credit and (b) to the extent practicable, from among such dealers having an office in the same city.
Individual market means the market for health insurance coverage offered to individuals other than
JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.
Public procurement unit means either a local public procurement unit or a state public procurement unit.
Flea market means a market place, other than a dealer's location licensed under this chapter, where a space or location is provided for a fee or compensation to a seller to exhibit and offer for sale or trade, motor vehicles to the general public.
Reference Market-Maker means a leading dealer in the relevant market that is selected in a commercially reasonable manner and is not an affiliate of either party.
Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;
Emerging Market means each market so identified on Appendix A attached hereto.
Abnormal Market Conditions means conditions contrary to Normal Markets Conditions e.g. when there is low liquidity in the market or rapid price movements in the market or Price Gaps.
Family day system means any person who approves family day homes as members of its system;
Large group market means the health insurance market under which individuals obtain health
Listing Market means the national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading, by the rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market.
Housing commission means a housing commission or housing authority as defined under section 3 of the housing cooperation law, 1937 PA 293, MCL 125.603.
Regulated Market means any regulated market (as defined in Directive 2004/39/EC on markets in financial instruments).
