Rental Price. 3.1 Where a Rental Agreement is for a fixed duration, the Rental Price can be expressed per working day, per week or per month. If the Rental Agreement starts or ends in the course of a month, the Rental Price will be calculated pro rata temporis. Where a Rental Agreement is for an unlimited duration, the Rental Price is expressed per working day, per week or per month. If the Rental Price is expressed per working day and the Rental Agreement starts or ends in the course of a working day, that working day shall be counted for the calculation of the Rental Price as a full working day. If, however, the Rental Price is expressed per week or per month, and the Rental Agreement starts or ends in the course of a week or a month, the Rental Price shall be calculated pro rata temporis.
3.2 Where a Rental Agreement is for a fixed duration of longer than twelve months, the Rental Price is fixed for the whole first year, starting from the delivery of the Equipment Rented. For each of the subsequent years, 35% of the Rental Price may be increased or reduced depending on the fluctuation in the wage index.
3.2.1 The wage index is the s-parameter published by Fabrimetal West-Vlaanderen.
3.2.2 The basic index is that of the month of delivery.
3.3 Irrespective of whether a Rental Agreement is for an unlimited or fixed duration, the Rental Price shall apply for the use of the Equipment Rented for the maximum number of working hours per year/per week/per working day and per piece of equipment as laid down in the Rental Agreement. For every hour in excess of the said maximum, the Supplier shall calculate an additional Rental Price, calculated in proportion on the basis of the contractually fixed Rental Price.
3.4 The Supplier shall at all times have the right to record the status of the hour meter in order to establish the actual duration of the use of the Equipment Rented. The Client-Renter shall provide a written communication of the status of the hour meter at the Supplier’s simple request.
4.1 Invoices for the Equipment Rented are payable net cash within thirty (30) days from the end of the month after the date of the Supplier’s invoice. The Rental Price and the Costs for the Equipment Rented are billed monthly by the Supplier. However, on termination by the Client-Renter and dissolution at the Client-Renter’s expense of an unlimited Rental Agreement, the Rental Price and the Costs shall be billed immediately to the Client-Renter.
Rental Price. The rental price is ,- €. Final cleaning of the house after well-swept transfer, the one-time placing for bed linen and towels, a basic-equipment of hand-washing-soap, toilet-paper, detergent for automatic dishwasher and washing machine , like cost of electricity, heating and water, are inclusive. The price category always applies according to the actual number of people accommodated.
Rental Price. The cost to rent the chalet for your wedding day is $2,000 plus GST. If you also wish to have your wedding ceremony at Sunridge, an additional fee of $500 plus GST is charged. A damage deposit of $1,000 (cash, VISA, MC or certified cheque) is required prior to the function. This is refundable providing there is no damage or other costs. To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable down payment of $1,000 plus GST. This payment will be credited to your final invoice, and the balance of payment is due prior to the function. We accept VISA, MC, INTERAC, cash or certified cheque. Personal cheques are not accepted. Payment in full is required on the day of your function prior to the beginning of the activities (ceremony and/or dinner). Catering for all functions is provided exclusively through Xxxxxx'x Catering (780- 431-0972). Rental Price. The Parties have agreed to set the rent at 10,000€ Ten Thousand Euros per month for the entire term of the rental. Rental is predicated on comfortable and clean sleeping arrangements, working electricity, hot water, and comfortable meal services, according to international 4 star standards.
Rental Price. The price to be paid by Xxxxxx for the privilege of using a Vehicle and Equipment between the Check-Out and Check-In times shall be:
Rental Price. The rental prices includes the VAT. The tourist fee, the cleaning package (pt 15) and the insurance of cancelation are in addition.
Rental Price. You are solely responsible for setting the Rental. You may not raise the Rental Price for a particular Tenant after the Tenant accepts the Rental. Violet may determine, in its sole discretion, to refund the Tenant part or all of the Rental Price in accordance with its policies.

Rental Price. 3.1. The cost of renting the motorhome is € (VAT included). The price includes a mandatory and casco insurance with a 1% deductible franchise and a Green Card.
3.2. The mileage allowance is set at 300 kilometers per day of rental. If at the end of your rental you have driven more then 300 kilometres per day, you will be charged 0,30 EUR per each additional kilometre driven.
3.3. The price includes the preparation of the motorhome, the permission to drive a foreign vehicle outside Slovenia (if the country of destination is not a member of the European Union), toilet chemicals, gas, a Slovenian Vignette, the kitchen set, the camping equipment.
3.4. The price does not include fuel.
3.5. All potential traffic violations that occur during the motorhome rental period agreed upon in the first article of this Agreement are charged to the tenant.
Rental Price. The Rental Price, as quantified in the Gardaseecharter Price List, forms an integral part of the Rental Contract and includes the rental of the boat and all related services, as defined in the section “Contractual Details”
