Affordable Rental Housing Development definition

Affordable Rental Housing Development means a structure or set of structures with rental housing units restricted by the Department in accordance with these guidelines, operated under landlord-tenant law, and with common financing, ownership, and management. This term includes Supportive Housing. No more than one of the dwelling units may be occupied as a primary residence by a person or household who is the owner of the structure or structures.
