Affordable Rented Dwelling shall be construed accordingly; “Affordable Rented Housing” means housing that is: (a) let at a rent that is at least twenty percent (20%) below the local market rent for similar housing in the same location; and (b) owned and managed by an Approved Body; and (c) let to Persons in Housing Need; “Affordable Housing Plan” means a plan that shows: (a) the precise location of the Affordable Housing Dwellings within the Development; and (b) the tenure of the Affordable Housing Dwellings; and (c) the size of each of the Affordable Housing Dwellings by reference to the number of bedrooms within each Affordable Housing Dwelling; and (d) the Affordable Housing Construction Standard to be applied to each of the Affordable Housing Dwellings and which plan may be varied from time to time as agreed between the Owner and the City Council (acting reasonably and without delay); “Approved Body” means any registered provider of social housing as defined in Section 80 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 or such other body which is: (a) approved by the City Council; and (b) regulated by Homes England;
