Africa Energy means Africa Energy Corp. an international oil and gas exploration company that holds a 27.5% participating interest in the offshore Exploration Right for Block 2B in South Africa, an effective 14.6% participating interest in offshore PEL 37, and an effective 9.9% participating interest in the Exploration Right for Block 11B/12B offshore South Africa. “Africa Oil”, “AOC”, or the “Company” means Africa Oil Corp. “AGC” means Senegal Guinea Bissau Joint Development Zone. “AGL” means Azinam Group Ltd. “Applicable law” means all laws and regulations issued by authorities that have appropriate jurisdiction over the Company. “Azinam” means Azinam Ltd. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:
