Examples of AFSA in a sentence
If the Parties do not agree on an Adjudicator the Adjudicator will be appointed by the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).
In such event either Party may apply to the AFSA Secretariat as required in terms of the said Rules to facilitate such urgent arbitration.
If the dispute has not been resolved by such negotiation as referred to in this clause above, the Parties shall submit the dispute to the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa ("AFSA") for administered mediation, upon the terms set out by the AFSA secretariat.
Failing such resolution, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of AFSA by an arbitrator appointed by AFSA.
If the parties cannot agree on the arbitrator within 10 business days after the referral, the Secretariat of AFSA will appoint the arbitrator.
