Corporate bond means a senior secured debt obligation issued by a domestic business entity and rated not lower than “AA-” or the equivalent by a nationally recognized investment rating firm. The term does not include a debt obligation that, on conversion, would result in the holder becoming a stockholder or shareholder in the entity, or any affiliate or subsidiary of the entity, that issued the debt obligation, or is an unsecured debt obligation. Gov’t Code 2256.0204(a)
Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.
Agency Security means a mortgage-backed security issued by an Agency.
Agency Securities means negotiable debt obligations which are fully guaranteed as to both principal and interest by the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Government National Mortgage Association or the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, but excluding (i) interest only and principal only securities and (ii) Collateralized Mortgage Obligations, Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits and similar derivative securities.
Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.
Corporate Bonds means debt securities issued by private and public corporations.
Agency Fee means the fee payable by the Partner to Bolt per every event of sale of the Partner’s Goods through the Bolt Food Platform for the provision of agency services to the Partner. Agreed Percentage is the percentage agreed in the Special Terms that serves as the basis for the calculation of the Agency Fee.
Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.
Municipal bond means a bond or evidence of indebtedness issued by a municipality or other political subdivision of a state.
Reference Bond Price means, with respect to any date of redemption, (a) the arithmetic average of the Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations for such date of redemption, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, or (b) if the Determination Agent obtains fewer than four such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, the arithmetic average of all such quotations;
Reference Bond means for any Reset Period a government security or securities issued by the state responsible for issuing the Specified Currency (which, if the Specified Currency is euro, shall be Germany) selected by the Issuer on the advice of an investment bank of international repute as having an actual or interpolated maturity comparable with the relevant Reset Period that would be utilised, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities denominated in the same currency as the Notes and of a comparable maturity to the relevant Reset Period.
government guaranteed bond means a bond of the Government of Canada or a bond unconditionally guaranteed as to principal and interest by the Government of Canada that is:
Reference Bond Dealer means each of five banks which are primary government securities dealers or market makers in pricing corporate bond issuances, as selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;
Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.
Outstanding Parity Bonds means the Outstanding Series 2010B Bonds, Series 2011A Bonds, Series 2012A Bonds, Series 2014 Bonds, Series 2015 Bonds, Series 2016 Bonds, Series 2017 Bonds, and Series 2019A Bonds.
Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations.
Principal Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Trustee, at which at any particular time its corporate trust business shall be principally administered, which office at the date of execution of this instrument is at the address set forth in the first paragraph of this instrument.
Surety Bond means a bond from a Bond company with a credit rating by AMBEST better than a “B”. The bonding company shall be certified to issue bonds in a state in which this Agreement is approved.
Refunding Bond or “Refunding Bonds” means all or a portion of the
Surety Bonds means surety bonds obtained by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary consistent with market practice and the indemnification or reimbursement obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary in connection therewith.
Payment Bond is one executed in connection with a contract to assure payment as required by law of all persons supplying labor and material in the execution of the work provided for in the contract.
Agency head or "Procurement Officer" means the person who signs this contract on behalf of the Requesting Agency and includes a successor or authorized representative.
Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 2001-1 prior to the date of prepayment.
Agency Fee Letter means the administrative agency fee letter, dated as of the March 29, 2012, between the Company and the Administrative Agent.
Fidelity Bond A fidelity bond to be maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.12.
Registered Rating Agency (a) Any Rating Agency that has registered as a user of the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website; or (b) any NRSRO other than the Rating Agencies (i) that has registered as a user of the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website and (ii) with respect to which the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider has received an NRSRO Certification pursuant to Section 12.13(h) of this Agreement.
