Agency Content definition

Agency Content is data uploaded into, ingested by, or created in Axon Cloud Services within Agency’s tenant, including media or multimedia uploaded into Axon Cloud Services by Agency. Agency Content includes Evidence but excludes Non-Content Data.
Agency Content means software, data, text, audio, video, images or other Agency content or any of the Agency’s end users (a) run on the Xxxxxxxx.xxx Services, (b) cause to interface with the Xxxxxxxx.xxx Services, or (c) upload to the Xxxxxxxx.xxx Services under the Agency account or otherwise transfer, process, use or store in connection with the Agency account.
Agency Content is data uploaded into, ingested by, or created in Axon Evidence within Agency’s tenant. Agency Content includes Evidence but excludes Non-Content Data.

  • Agency Content in archival storage will not have immediate availability and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to access.

  • Axon will maintain a comprehensive information security program to protect Axon Cloud Services and Agency Content including logical, physical access, vulnerability, risk, and configuration management; incident monitoring and response; encryption of uploaded digital evidence; security education; and data protection.
