Agency Decision definition

Agency Decision means an Authority decision or action in which the substantial interests of a party are determined.
Agency Decision means any decision of the Division made as the result of a dispositional review and which is not a final agency decision.
Agency Decision means any final decision, order or determination of an Administrative Agency rendered on a particular issue, which affects the legal rights, duties or privileges of a party as set forth in governing law, regulation or policy.
