Agency Notes means U.S. Dollar-denominated fixed rate, non-amortising, non-mortgage-backed, senior debt securities of fixed maturity, rated Aaa by Moody's and AAA by S&P issued by any of the Federal Home Loan Banks (▇▇▇luding their consolidated obligations issued through the Office of Finance of the Federal Home Loan Bank System), the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation or the Federal Farm Credit Bank.
