Agent Reimbursement Letter definition

Agent Reimbursement Letter means the reimbursement letter, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.

  • Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.

  • Mandate Letter has the meaning ascribed to it in the Memorandum of Understanding between MOHLTC and the LHIN, and means a letter from the Minister to the LHIN establishing priorities in accordance with the Premier’s mandate letter to the Minister.

  • Fee Letters means, collectively, (a) the Arranger Fee Letter and (b) the Administrative Agent Fee Letter.

  • Agent's Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5(c).
