Agent Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.6 of this Agreement.

Agent Shares means the Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Placement Agent Warrants.

Agent Shares means the Common Shares issued upon exercise of the Agent Warrants in accordance with their terms.
