For so long as Xxxxx is the Servicer, Xxxxx shall have the right to purchase all of the existing Transferred Receivables if, at any time, the aggregate Receivable Balance of the Transferred Receivables is 10% or less of the Aggregate Net Investment as of the Original Closing Date.
