Aggregate Option Consideration definition

Aggregate Option Consideration means the aggregate amount of Option Consideration payable to all Option holders.
Aggregate Option Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b)(ii).
Aggregate Option Consideration means the aggregate exercise price of all Company Options that are cancelled and converted into the right to receive a payment pursuant to Section 1.7(a).
