Aggregate Option Consideration definition

Aggregate Option Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b)(ii).
Aggregate Option Consideration means the aggregate amount of Option Consideration payable to all Option holders.
Aggregate Option Consideration means the aggregate exercise price of all Company Options that are cancelled and converted into the right to receive a payment pursuant to Section 1.7(a).

More Definitions of Aggregate Option Consideration

Aggregate Option Consideration means the aggregate Option Consideration payable in respect of all Options outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time;
Aggregate Option Consideration means an amount equal to (a) the aggregate number of Applicable In-the-Money Options outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time, times (b) the amount by which the Merger Price exceeds the average exercise price per share of the Applicable In-the-Money Options.
