Each Loan represented by CAC to be an Eligible Loan, or included in the calculation of the Aggregate Outstanding Eligible Loan Balance, at the time of such representation, or at the time of such calculation, as applicable, in fact satisfies the definition of "Eligible Loan" set forth in the Security Agreement.

On any date of determination, the Aggregate Outstanding Eligible Loan Balance less the related Loan Loss Reserves at the end of the most recent Collection Period.
