Aggregated Plan definition

Aggregated Plan means all agreements, methods, programs, and other arrangements sponsored by the Corporation that would be aggregated with this Plan under Section 1.409A-1(c) of the Regulations.

Examples of Aggregated Plan in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding Section 6.03(1), an Eligible Employee that is newly eligible to participate in the Plan (or in any Aggregated Plan) must make an election regarding whether distributions shall be made in a lump-sum or installments, as provided in Section 6.02.

  • If the Plan is established on a date other than the first day of a Taxable Year, or if an individual becomes an Eligible Individual on a date other than the first day of a Taxable Year and such individual has not at any time been eligible to participate in the Plan or any Aggregated Plan, the Compensation Deferral Agreement may be completed and returned to the Plan Sponsor within 30 days after the Effective Date or within 30 days after the Eligible Individual’s initial eligibility date.

  • An Eligible Employee who is not a participant in any other Aggregated Plan will be allowed to enroll in the Plan during the thirty (30) day period following the date he/she is notified of eligibility for the Plan, with enrollment to be effective as of the first day of the month that coincides with or next follows the last day of such enrollment period.

  • The Committee may elect to exclude as an Aggregated Plan any plan in the Permissive Aggregation Group that is a collectively bargained plan, if the necessary information as to participants and benefits with respect to such plan is not available.

More Definitions of Aggregated Plan

Aggregated Plan means any defined contribution plan which is aggregated with this Plan pursuant to Section 5.4.3.
Aggregated Plan means any defined contribution plan which is aggregated with the Association pursuant to Section III of this regulation.
