Agreed Action means the acquisition from the relevant pastoral lease and the grant of an estate in fee simple in the Approved Application Area for a community living area in accordance with the provisions of Part 8 of the Pastoral Land Act (Northern Territory) and section 46(1A) of the Lands Acquisition Act (Northern Territory); Clause 2 of the Agreement: It is acknowledged and agreed that the purpose or object of this agreement is:

  • Agreed Acts means any of the following:-

  • Specified Action has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.2.
