Agreement for Use of Networks definition

Agreement for Use of Networks means the agreement entitled Agreement for Use of Networks in force between the parties at the date of this agreement relating to the conveyance of electricity and gas;] [Note: This definition applies if the current Agreement for Use of Network between the Distributor and the Retailer relates to electricity and gas. To be deleted if the current Agreement for Use of Networks between the Distributor and the Retailer relates to electricity only, or if this agreement is entered into with a new retailer who is not currently party to the Agreement for Use of Networks.]

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Agreement for Use of Networks, the Agreement for Use of Networks is hereby varied such that all provisions contained in that agreement relating to electricity (“UNA Electricity Provisions”) cease to apply with effect from the Commencement Date and that accordingly, that agreement continues in full force and effect solely in relation to the conveyance of gas on the Gas Network (as that term is defined in that agreement).

  • This agreement records the entire agreement between the parties concerning its subject matter, and prevails over the Agreement for Use of Networks.

  • Out-of-network means providers and facilities that haven’t signed a contract with your health plan to provide services. Out-of-network providers may be allowed to bill you for the difference between what your plan pays and the full amount charged for a service. This is called “balance billing.” This amount is likely more than in-network costs for the same service and might not count toward your plan’s deductible or annual out-of-pocket limit.

  • Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • outsourcing means an arrangement of any form between an insurance or reinsurance undertaking and a service provider, whether a supervised entity or not, by which that service provider performs a process, a service or an activity, whether directly or by sub-outsourcing, which would otherwise be performed by the insurance or reinsurance undertaking itself;

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
