Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:
Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.
Program Know-How means all Information and inventions that are conceived, discovered, developed, or otherwise made by or on behalf of either Party or its Affiliates or licensees, solely or jointly with the other Party or its Affiliates or licensees, under this Agreement.
Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.
Pharmacovigilance Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
Joint Agreement means a type of Fund Use Agreement between the Consortium and the Fund Council that sets forth an umbrella set of terms and conditions that govern principally the submission and approval of CRP proposals and the transfer and use of funds from the CGIAR Fund for implementation of CRPs.
Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
Joint Know-How has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.
Alliance Agreement has the meaning given to such term in paragraph 11.2 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);
Program Patent Rights means all Patent Rights that claim or cover patentable Program Know-How, including any Program-Specific Patent Rights.
Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).
Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.
Clean Team Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(b).
Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Consortium Agreement means this consortium agreement as well as the pre-amble and all annexes hereto;
