AIF Regulations definition

AIF Regulations means the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, as amended and / or restated from time to time, including all guidelines, directions, regulations, rules, circulars and notifications issued by the Government or any statutory or regulatory authority including SEBI or any legislation in regard thereto, if applicable to the Scheme.
AIF Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 as amended from time to time and shall include any guidelines, circulars, press releases or notifications that may be issued by SEBI or any other appropriate authority.
AIF Regulations means the SEBI (Alternative Investment Fund) Regulations, 2012, as amended from time to time, or any re-enactment or modification thereof for the time being in force, including all guidelines, directions, regulations, rules and notifications issued by the Government or any statutory or regulatory authority including SEBI or any legislation in regard thereto, to the extent applicable to the NIIF Master Fund.
