AIG Policy definition

AIG Policy means the Pollution Legal Liability Select Clean-Up Cost Cap Policy purchased by the Port from AIG Environmental on January 27, 2005.
AIG Policy. 2: That policy no. 649-8471, dated April 17, 1998, of AIG in favor of FIB, which insures the AIG 2 Loans, as such policy or successor policy may be replaced or renewed from time to time, so long as the Deal Agent, as agent for the Secured Parties is (i) named as loss payee, or as an additional insured, on such policy and on such renewal or replacement policy or (ii) otherwise satisfied that the AIG Policy 2 inures to its benefit.
