Aircraft arrivals and departures definition

Aircraft arrivals and departures means the number of landings and takeoffs of the air- craft of an aviation corporation and the number of air pickups and deliveries by such aircraft. Arrivals and departures solely for maintenance or repair, refueling (where no debarking or embarking of traffic oc- curs), or arrivals and departures in the event of emergency situations should not be in- cluded in computing this percentage.
