Aircraft Document definition

Aircraft Document means, all technical data, manuals, log books and weight and balance sheets, and all inspection, modification and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance, and technical records that are maintained with respect to the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines, APU, landing gears or parts (including, without limitation, all additions, renewals, revisions, and replacements of any such materials from time to time made, or required to be made, in accordance with the Maintenance Program and/or FAA regulations, and in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium such materials may be maintained or retained by or on behalf of Lessee (provided however that all such material shall be maintained in the English language).
Aircraft Document means all technical data, manuals, and log books, and all inspection, modification, and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance, and technical records that the relevant Aviation Authority requires be maintained with respect to the Aircraft, including all required additions, renewals, revisions, and replacements of any such materials required by the relevant Aviation Authority Regulations, in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium (including microfiche, microfilm, paper, or computer disk) such materials are maintained or retained by or on behalf of Continental (provided, that all such materials shall be maintained in the English language).
Aircraft Document means the documents, data and records identified in Part 2 of Schedule 1 and all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements from time to time made in accordance with this Agreement. Airframe shall mean the Aircraft, excluding the Engines and Aircraft Documents. APU shall mean the auxiliary power unit installed on the Aircraft on the Delivery Date and any replacement auxiliary power unit installed in accordance with this Agreement. Bankruptcy Code shall mean the Federal Bankruptcy Code of 1978, as amended from time to time. Beneficiary shall mean Kawasaki Leasing International Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successors and permitted assigns. Business Day shall mean a day of the year that is not a Saturday or Sunday and on which banks are not required or authorized to be closed in Wilmington, Delaware or New York, New York, U.S.A. Certificate of Acceptance shall mean a Certificate of Acceptance in the form of Schedule 2 hereto. Certified Air Carrier shall mean any "air carrier" (as defined in Section 40102 of Title 49 of the U.S. Code (Transportation)) that holds an "air carrier operating certificate" issued by the DOT pursuant to Chapter 447 of such Title and that is authorized by appropriate governmental authorities to engage in the scheduled interstate domestic transportation of passengers or cargo. Cycle shall mean one take-off and landing of the Aircraft.
