aircraft objects means airframes, aircraft engines and helicopters;
aircraft engines means aircraft engines (other than those used in military, customs or police services) powered by jet propulsion or turbine or piston technology and:
Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated
Cost objective means a function, organizational subdivision, contract, grant, or other activity for which cost data are needed and for which costs are incurred.
Unmanned aircraft means any aircraft operating or designed to operate autonomously or to be piloted remotely without a pilot on board;
aircraft operator means a person that operated at least 729 commercial air transport flights departing from Union airports in the reporting period or, where that person may not be identified, the owner of the aircraft;
Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.
Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;
Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Aircraft Protocol means the official English language text of the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, adopted on November 16, 2001, at a diplomatic conference in Cape Town, South Africa, and all amendments, supplements, and revisions thereto (and from and after the effective date of the Cape Town Treaty in the relevant country, means when referring to the Aircraft Protocol with respect to that country, the Aircraft Protocol as in effect in such country, unless otherwise indicated).
Student growth objective means an academic goal that teachers and designated supervisors set for groups of students.
Plan Objective means the objective of securing the return described in the brochure to which these Terms and Conditions are attached.
Management Objectives means the measurable performance objective or objectives established pursuant to this Plan for Participants who have received grants of Performance Shares or Performance Units or, when so determined by the Board, Option Rights, Appreciation Rights, Restricted Shares and dividend credits pursuant to this Plan. Management Objectives may be described in terms of Company-wide objectives or objectives that are related to the performance of the individual Participant or of the Subsidiary, division, department, region or function within the Company or Subsidiary in which the Participant is employed. The Management Objectives may be made relative to the performance of other corporations. The Management Objectives applicable to any award to a Covered Employee shall be based on specified levels of or growth in one or more of the following criteria:
Investment Objective : means the objective of securing the return described in the brochure to which these Terms and Conditions are attached.
Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
Airframe means the Aircraft excluding the Propulsion Systems.
Material Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;
EASA means the European Aviation Safety Agency of the European Union and any successor agency.
