Aircraft Equipment definition

Aircraft Equipment means an aircraft, aircraft engine, propeller, appliance or spare part (as each of these terms is defined in section 40102 of title 49 of the United States Code), including all records and documents relating to such equipment that are required under the terms of any applicable security agreement, lease or conditional sale contract to be surrendered or returned in connection with the surrender or return of such equipment, that is leased to, subject to a security interest granted by or conditionally sold to one of the Debtors.
Aircraft Equipment means an aircraft, aircraft engine, propeller, appliance or spare part (and includes all records and documents relating to such equipment that are required, under the terms of the security agreement, lease, or conditional sale contract, to be surrendered or returned in connection with the surrender or return of such equipment) that is leased to, subject to a security interest granted by or conditionally sold to, one of the Reorganizing Debtors.
Aircraft Equipment means articles, including first-aid and survival equipment and commissary supplies, but not spare parts or stores, for use on board an aircraft during flight;

More Definitions of Aircraft Equipment

Aircraft Equipment means any and all aircraft, aircraft engine, propeller, appliance, spare part and such other equipment and related records and documents as described in section 1110(a)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code.
