Airpoints Programme. We will only issue you with a Card if the Nominated Xxxxxx joins the Airpoints Programme at the same time, or is already a member and gives us their Airpoints Programme number to link to the Cards. The only time we will not be able to use an Airpoints Programme member’s existing Airpoints number is if the number is already linked to another BNZ customer relationship for another GlobalPlus personal credit card. If we cannot use an Airpoints Programme number for this reason, you must join the Airpoints Programme. Airpoints Programme means Air New Zealand’s frequent flyer programme called the “Air New Zealand Airpoints Programme”.

  • If the Nominated Earner ceases to be a member of the Airpoints Programme or the Nominated Earner for the Credit Card Account, then you will also lose any entitlement to earn Airpoints Dollars for your Airpoints Programme membership account on purchases made since your most recent statement.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.
