If Your personal information is disclosed to Your Airtime Service Provider, or third parties with products or services used with Your BBM Solution, it is subject to applicable agreement(s) and privacy policies of such third parties, and You should review such terms before using Third Party Services and Third Party Software.
Your Airtime Service Provider may limit which Services and Third Party Services are made available to You.
To enhance Your experience with the BlackBerry Solution, RIM may provide or otherwise make available from time-to-time, Third Party Software for use with the BlackBerry Handheld Product at no charge (other than transmission fees charged by Your Airtime Service Provider).
