Airtime Services. In most instances, Your BlackBerry Solution will require a subscription for Airtime Services in order to use Your BlackBerry Solution and You must acquire this subscription through an Airtime Service Provider (or where available through RIM on behalf of an Airtime Service Provider) which Airtime Services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of such Airtime Service Provider. If You wish to obtain information about which Airtime Service Providers support Your BlackBerry Solution in Your location please contact RIM via xxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx.

Airtime Services. Airtime services offered for use with BlackBerry Solution (“Airtime Services”) are provided to You by an Airtime Service Provider and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of an agreement between You and such Airtime Service Provider pertaining to the Airtime Services. RIM SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH YOU, FOR ANY ISSUE RELATING TO THE AIRTIME SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF SUCH AIRTIME SERVICES. WLAN devices do not require Airtime Services provided by an Airtime Service Provider, but You must implement the appropriate wireless local area network equipment or have authorised access to the appropriate local area network so that WLAN devices can function with Your BlackBerry Solution.
Airtime Services. In respect of the Airtime Services, the following conditions apply. 3.1 Subject to condition 3.2, the Airtime Services will be carried out from the applicable Supply Date using reasonable care and skill. 3.2 We shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet any performance dates for the Airtime Services, but any such dates shall be estimates only and time shall not be of the essence for the performance of the Airtime Services. 3.3 We may amend the Airtime Services, if necessary, to comply with: (i) any applicable law, regulatory requirement or requirement of our suppliers; or (ii) if the amendment will not materially affect the nature or quality of the Airtime Services (as applicable), and We shall notify You of this. 3.4 Any intellectual property rights in, arising out of or in connection with the Airtime Services shall be owned by Us or our licensors. 3.5 If, immediately before the Commencement Date, You have a contract to receive Airtime Services from a telecom network operator (or a reseller on its behalf) and, pursuant to this Agreement, You switch to receive the Airtime Services, via Us (as a wholesaler for the same telecom network operator), and, as a result, We incur a fee to that telecom network operator, We may re-charge that fee to You. Typically the fee can be in the region of £35.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management
