Alberta Commission definition

Alberta Commission means the Alberta Securities Commission;
Alberta Commission means the Alberta Securities Commission and any successor agency having similar powers;

Act; (p) "CDNX Policies" means the rules and policies of the Canadian Venture Exchange; (q) "Closing" means a day or days Special Warrants are issued to the Purchasers; (r) "Commissions" means the B.C. Commission and the Alberta Commission; (s) "Corporate Finance Shares" means the 25,000 common shares in the capital of the Issuer to be issued to the Lead Agent by the Issuer upon the exercise of the Corporate Finance Special Warrants; (t) "Corporate Finance Special Warrants" means the special warrants of the Issuer to be issued to the Lead Agent as set out in this Agreement in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Lead Agent and which have the terms provided in this Agreement and the certificates representing such special warrants; (u) "Current AIF" has the meaning defined in the B.C. Policy; (v) "Distribution" means the proposed issuance of Shares and Warrants to the holders of the Special Warrants on the deemed exercise of the Special Warrants, the proposed issuance of the Agents' Warrants to holders of the Agents' Special Warrants on the deemed exercise of the Agents' Special Warrants, and the proposed issuance of Corporate Finance Shares on the deemed exercise of the Corporate Finance Special Warrants,
