Alleged Parts definition

Alleged Parts means each of the following automotive parts, as well as their respective components, and modules and assemblies for which the parts are a component:
Alleged Parts means the automotive parts defined in Schedule B.
Alleged Parts means Bearings and Electric Powered Steering Assemblies.

  • It is beyond dispute that millions of persons and entities throughout the United States have purchased or leased new Vehicles not for resale containing the Alleged Parts.

  • The Settling Defendants will make best efforts to provide to Class Counsel a list of the names and addresses (including any relevant email addresses) of Persons in Canada who received delivery of the Alleged Parts from the Settling Defendants during the Class Period and the Purchase Price paid by each such Person for such purchases, to the extent such information is reasonably available and to the extent not previously provided.
