Alliance Parties definition

Alliance Parties means Alliance Resource Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and each of its Affiliates that is a subscriber under any Related Transaction Document, including a subscriber by assignment from Alliance Resource Partners, L.P.
Alliance Parties means Seller, Alliance Service, ***** and any Affiliate of any of the foregoing that is a party to any Operative Document.
Alliance Parties means, individually or collectively, GE Aviation and ADGTJV. “APCC” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a).
