Allocation Month definition

Allocation Month means any month in which Carrier determines that the aggregate volume of Demethanized Mix Nominated by all Shippers for receipt into or delivery from the pipeline exceeds the Capacity for such month.

Allocation Month means any month in which the Nominations of all Shippers on a specific pipeline segment exceed the Capacity of that pipeline segment, thereby causing Carrier to implement this Proration Policy.

Allocation Month means any calendar month, or portion thereof as applicable, for which Carrier has determined that Nominated volumes exceed Available Capacity.

Examples of Allocation Month in a sentence

• For each Allocation Month, the Company shall contribute an amount equal to the total of the Contribution Amounts for all active Members of the Plan for the Allocation Month minus the Section 8.03 forfeitures applicable to the Plan for such Allocation Month.

• Any allocated Capacity that becomes available under this Section 5 will be allocated among the other Shippers that Nominate in the next Allocation Month in an equitable manner.

• Base Period means the twelve (12) consecutive month period ending with the second month prior to the Allocation Month for which Nominations are being apportioned, during which current Shippers establish their Base Capacity Historic Shipment Volume.
