Examples of Alteration Request in a sentence

  • Use this paragraph if the Lessee is not permitted to do construction work: During the Term of this Lease, and any renewal, extension or holdover thereof, if the Lessee desires any additional work to be performed in the Demised Premises, it shall make a request for the same by submitting a Tenant Alteration Request form (hereinafter referred to as a “TAR”) to the Lessor, in accordance with the directions on the TAR.
