Threshold Amount means $5,000,000.
Dividend Threshold Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).
Alteration Threshold means an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Loan.

Required Reserve Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the lesser of (a) 0.25% of the difference of the Aggregate Starting Principal Balance less the Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount as of the applicable Cutoff Date of all Receivables transferred to the Trust and (b) the Outstanding Amount of the Notes.
Structural alteration means an Alteration that (i) will result in a change in the footprint of the Improvements, (ii) involves the addition of one or more floors to the Improvements, (iii) affects the structural elements or any exterior walls of the Improvements, (iv) decreases the rentable square footage of the Leased Premises other than to a de minimis extent or (v) adversely affects the proper functioning and/or capacity of the building systems in the Improvements.
stipulated minimum threshold means that portion of local production and content as determined by the Department of Trade and Industry; and
Required Reserves at any time means the product of (x) the Net Pool Balance and (y) the greater of (I) 13.00% and (II) the sum of (a) the Yield Reserve Ratio, plus (b) the Servicing Fee Reserve Ratio, plus (c) the greater of (i) the sum of the Loss Reserve Ratio and the Dilution Reserve Ratio and (ii) the Minimum Reserve Ratio, each as in effect at such time.
Major Alteration means change other than repair or replacement of building materials or equipment with materials and equipment of a similar type.
Threshold means with respect to Party B: infinity.
Withheld Amounts shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.
