Alterations Threshold Amount definition

Alterations Threshold Amount means five percent (5%) of the sum of the original principal amount of the Loan and, if applicable, any New Mezzanine Loan.
Alterations Threshold Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.21.
Alterations Threshold Amount initially means an amount equal to Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($500,000.00); provided, on each January 1 during the Term, the then Alterations Threshold Amount shall be increased by the percentage increase in the CPI Index (defined below) during the immediately preceding twelve (12) months.

Alterations Threshold Amount means five percent (5%) of the sum of the Outstanding Loan Amount and, if applicable, the Outstanding Mezzanine Loan Amount.

Related to Alterations Threshold Amount
