Alternative Daily Cover definition

Alternative Daily Cover means cover material other than soils/earthen materials
Alternative Daily Cover means at least three inches of earthen material or other suitable material placed over the exposed solid waste at the end of each operating day, or at such frequencies as needed to prevent or minimize nuisance conditions.

More Definitions of Alternative Daily Cover

Alternative Daily Cover or “ADC” means materials placed on the surface of the active face of the refuse fill area at the end of each operating day to control vectors, fires, odor, blowing litter and scavenging.
